    Terms of Service

    Last updated: April 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the FlexiBooking platform. By using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organisation.

FlexiBooking is a SaaS booking platform delivered as a WordPress plugin and connected cloud services. Specific features and limits are described in your selected plan.

You are responsible for the activity of all users you invite, the accuracy of the data you upload, and compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction (consumer rights, taxation, accessibility).

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing is per the current rate card; we will notify you before any change. Refunds are pro-rated for prepaid annual plans.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes; not to attempt to bypass technical limitations; and not to resell the service without a written partner agreement.

You retain all rights to the data you input. We process it strictly to deliver the service and as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the cloud components. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. SLA credits, when applicable, are described in your plan.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted from active systems.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
